"Booked twice. Both times double charged. \r\nNo phone number to chase. Managed to get a refund the first time for the duplicate charge with a lot of back and fro emails (a frustrating waste of my time) \r\n\r\nThis time still waiting for the refund from 4th April as promised by Luke. I am emailing them daily for an update. No response. I made a formal complaint and addressed it via Luke. They \/ He didn\u2019t even acknowledge it. \r\n\r\nRef: SPS-1-6353680 Can you please email me an update on the refund of the duplicate charge and confirm the original booking is still valid?? \r\n\r\nPlease also update me of me formal complaint dated 6.4.24 with its outstanding queries. \r\n\r\nPlease start responding to my emails to get the matter sorted and please also improve your payment systems and your improve your shocking customer service (or lack of). \r\n\r\nIf you open a business, you need to be willing to communicate with your customers, otherwise you should close your business and let other interested companies build the market."

"Park and ride confirmed booking turned out to be park only and we found this out at 4:30am on arrival to park. Under stressed, we had to make our way on a night bus. RABISH COMPANY THAT TAKES NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR WHAT THEIR CUSTOMERS DO. THEY WILL PASS YOU ON."

"#skyparksecure# #airportparking# \r\nSky park secure run taxi service with parked cars. I booked parking between 29\/4-08\/05\/23, in between they took my car to Slough and got a parking ticket. In spite of my repeated requests to them , they did not pay the penalty. I had to pay it to the local council."

"DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE\r\n\r\nArrival at Gatwick airport was chaotic, with the insufficient drivers available and poor customer service on drop off for the Meet and Greet service.\r\n\r\nUpon return, we were told that they had lost our keys so we used a taxi to return home. The next day I had to take a train from Northampton to Gatwick with the spare key and return my vehicle. It was then I found our car had been parked in an unsecured field for the duration of our holiday.\r\n\r\nThree days later they found our keys but did not post them back until three weeks later."
