The Skyway team have been phenominal by way of communication, customer service and support! I was made to purchase a non vaccinated PCR test by Singapore airlines before they would let me board my flight to LHR on 25th Feb 22, despite being fully vaccintate and boosted and providing all NHS documents to support this as per their T&C's. Singapore airlines only advised me of this requirement 20 minutes prior to boarding, not at the time of checkin or any other time during the 3 hours I was in the airport. I purchased the kit as instructed due to the alternative being not being able to board! On return to UK I contacted both Skyway and Singapore airlines to enquire into my situation in more depth seeking their advise. I was not the only passenger in this predicament on the manifest. Skyway emailed instantly advising they were in no way associated to any airlines and I should not have been foreced to purchase a not vaccintated PCR test. Skyway offered to reimburse me if I could return my unopened kit, due to be taken on day two of being back in the UK. Skyway were quick to communicate, sympathetic to my circumstances and fully refuned me. Sinagapore airlines are yet to respond almost a week later. I would deffinately recomend individuals to use Skyway if they are not vaccintated and need to use PCR tests if required by your airline. If you are fully vaccinated and have been made to purchase kits when you have evidence to prove you are fully vaccinated, contact them. They are great and like anyone, would not wish to be associated by default I would presume, potentially making individuals finacially down when it was not required? THANK YOU SKYWAY!

So basically, I could have a worst experience using Skyway. It's already 5 day that I didn't receive any results or notification. This service its a joke, such a shame. I would like to have a total refund as I didn't get any service from your side.

There was a problem with my test. I tried emailing. It was bounced back. I tried calling. The mailbox was full. I believe you are a non existing fraudulent company. I was forced to order a 35 pound test at Heathrow, wasting my 12.99 that I spent with you and causing a lot of last minute stress

Hi Gillian, I have looked into your feedback. You submitted your test result minus the photo of your completed test cassette. We emailed you and asked for this and had no response from you. Our contact information is support@skywaytesting.com - where did you email as we have no full mailbox. As you can see by the many 5 star reviews we are not a fraudulant company and pride ourselves in delivering to our customers and being on hand with any issues. I'm sorry you had to pay for another test, this could have been sorted out quickly to ensure a stress free trip. As a gesture of goodwill I have refunded you for the test you purchased. Excellent service (although we didn’t have to show any proof at the airport, but always good to have it encase!) Cost extremely reasonable & results back quick & efficiently! Would definitely use Skyway again.

Good morning Sami, I am so sorry you had an issue with your test delivery. I can see we despatched your kit the day you ordered it. Royal Mail delayed the delivery which I will look into. Always drop us a line on support@skywaytesting.com if you have any issues and we will always send out another test for next day delivery. Contacting them is impossible! That’s so annoying! I’ll have to buy another test because they didn’t accept my video of doing test. I’m stuck in border, I keep trying to contact them for 7 hours and NO REPLY I honestly don’t recommend, way too complicated for literally nothing. It’s ridiculous
