“Skyway made my experience getting back home to the U.S. so much easier. Their website is simple to navigate and they were quick to respond to the couple of questions I had. I ordered the test on Friday morning and had it delivered Saturday morning. After I took the test, it was verified by them within ~10 hours. All around fantastic service and will definitely be using them again for future travels.”

Hi Joanne - We can see you placed your order at 22:48 on the 12th asking for delivery on the 13th (Saturday) as you were departing for the USA on the 14th (Sunday). Unfortunately, it just isn't possible for us to ship something at 11pm for delivery the next day and Royal Mail don't deliver on Sunday's. I'm sorry about that. We have recalled the item and refunded your money.

“Excellent Customer Care. It has been a long time since I've experienced immediate prompt, professional help through the Customer Service email. Actually communicating with an actual person, as opposed to a bot or "FAQ". Chris was amazing and immediately amended my dates without any fuss. I have already recommended this company to friends. The ordering was simple and straight forward. I initially chose the Boots product but was put off with having to set up an account and the website stated that details couldn't be chanded after being submitted and that was before I was able to view the application. I highly recommend Skyway and will use this company in the future.Thank you once again for the human customer service.”

“This company go way, way above and beyond the simple supply of goods. Having been spectacularly let down by another supplier and faced with the nightmare of having to test 15 singers in 24 hours or lose all their trips home - Chris - responded in person with a solution dreamt up by him. He gets up at 5 am (yes that's right 5 am) intercepts the tour bus as it travels through the night from Glasgow to Heathrow at Warwick Services, gives them a quick lesson on usage, goes back and prioritises the results as they come through in Scotland. AND rings me personally to ensure smooth progress. This company has genuinely provided the best service of any supplier I have ever dealt with.”

“I purchased two swabs and found the procedure very easy. Unfortunately I inserted an extra digit by mistake in my email address and now I can’t get my code no I have tried everything but just get flashed up wrong email and password, it is driving me mad and I desperately need help!!”

“I ordered multiple tests for several trips and also needed a test to take before a work event. Despite ordering on a Thursday the tests have yet to arrive and so I had to purchase another test from a different provider last minute, which added to stress. I do not intend to use this service again.”

“The testing process when we arrived back from abroad was straight forward once we had visited YouTube for a demonstration. I don’t have poor eyesight but the written instructions accompanying the test package were unclear and very hard to read. Very quick results.”
