“I'm from Holland. After a lot of searching I came to skywaytesting.com Ordering the fit-to-fly test was easy. The advice to install the app could not work because as a Dutch person I cannot install apps if they have not been released (by skywaytesting.com) for foreign mobile phones. That was quite disappointing. I had to ask someone else to download and install that app. And help me process all the steps in an easy way. I didn't like that. The results came quickly (after about 1 hour), which was a stroke of luck. I hope and expect that skywaytesting.com will open up the use of the app to foreigners.”

I have forwarded this on to our technical support team and one of our owners who have said that the app should be available to all countries & who has sent me a screenshot of a list of 175 places it's been used. “The package arrived with an easy read pamplet, downloaded the app on my phone and watched a very short video that demonstrated and gave clear instructions. Very easy to do and I had my results back within the hour, the cost was just over 12 pounds which for doing a fit to fly test is very reasonable. Great Company I would use again.”

“Fast efficient order and delivery service. Unfortunately, after purchase the rules changed and I did not need to use the test. However, it states to VIDEO YOURSELF using it - with only 2 hands it would be difficult to video and do the test at the same time! Why is it necessary to video oneself, I have used other suppliers before and never been asked to do so.”

Good morning Wendy, Thank you for your feedback. We have to get a video off you by law to verify you have completed the test for a fit to fly certificate. A lot of people stand their device up to record this which saves you having to use your hands. With regards to other companies not needing this, was it with day 2 tests? Those you didn't have to record a video. Hope this clears that up. Kind regards Sam

“Delivery of tests was prompt and instructions easy to follow, however on both occasions when using the video app, it would not let me upload the photographs. This seems to be a glitch in the app. Also - a 15-minute timer sets off but if your screen goes to sleep, so does the timer, so you need to keep the screen active for 15 minutes which is inconvenient then at the end of the 15 minutes, app fails so you cant upload the picture. Both times I emailed the company and they got back to me immediately and allowed me to email the pictures so everything worked out but the app could function better.”

“The kit arrived the next day as specified and once the test had been taken the medical Certificate arrived back very quickly. This was one of the cheaper fit to fly tests and well worth the money.”
