“Everything ran smoothly but I think £27.00 for the test was quite expensive considering I have a few of the tests at home which cost me nothing.”

“Waste of money result said failed when done correctly and as per instructions for their lateral flow test it showed a negative result. On completing a free nhs test lateral flow results showed negative”

Hi Craig - I've looked at your account and the only reason we had to fail your result is because you didn't provide the photo ID required. Our instructions do clearly request this from you and our support team also emailed you to ask you for your ID so that we could process your results for you.

“Well what can I say! This has by far been the best customer service I have ever received! Chris went above and beyond for us, with less than 72 hours until we flew and being given some terribly incorrect information from our travel company, we called skyway and Chris got our pre flight tests sent for the very next morning. We done our tests but hadn’t received our certificates yet and we were at the port ready to board our cruise when Chris again went above and beyond to get our certification sent to us immediately. He was again, a third time, so helpful helping us sort our day two tests and PLF when we were half way through our cruise and only then told we needed one! Chris, myself and my partner are so grateful for everything you have done, you made a really stressful situation much better for us, thank you.”

“The initial set up was a tad difficult - customer support were very helpful and prompt in addressing this. The actual testing process was very easy and the uploading results but sadly I never received my validation certificate! 🤨☹️”

Hello there, Thanks for your review and feedback. I'm sorry you didn't get your certificate. I just checked the system and we did send the certificate at 20:59 on the 25th of October. Sometimes emails can wrongly end up in your spam folder. We also loaded your certificate in the portal where you submitted your results at the same time (20:59) and I have checked and the certificate is there. I will forward a copy of the original email now that we sent with your certificate on.
