“Delivery was quick but the bed had missing parts ( legs) which i still haven't received”

“The bed is lovely and good value for money . Delivery was quick and communication was good . However if you are paying by cash you need the exact amount as the drivers don’t carry change !! Also £30 extra charge to take it up 1 flight of stairs a bit pricey !!”

“Recently purchased the Montana bed with mattress, mattress is super comfy but the bed itself is cheaply made. Drawer was broken when delivered and parts scuffed, spoke to them and was told they would get back to me, that was 5 days ago and still nothing🤷🏻‍♀️ wouldn't use the company again sadly.”

“I like the bed and the mattress is comfortable. The delivery guys were very helpful and professional. However, one of the drawers fell off less than a week after delivery which is not impressive.”

“Buying Process was very simple and the bed and mattress are good quality however... Delivery process was a nightmare. We requested a Saturday delivery due to work commitments and we received a phone call confirmation saying a delivery slot on a Saturday. Only to receive a phone call the following day saying it will be a Wednesday early morning. Again we could accommodate a early morning delivery. Nothing had been delivered before 9am as promised. I chased them only to find out the delivery was due to be at 1pm that day. I spoke to 2 different people and the communication between them and myself was terrible. The bed itself was also missing 2 Headboard slots to fix the headboard to the bed. Good Quality poor service.”

“Shade of grey is more thick brown.and when we connected headboard one of the bolts went straight through no nut on bed for it to catch onto luck be bought the one that goes straight to floor.best thing is the mattress very comfy”
