“Always friendly. After you've been to the big box stores you can tell the difference in going to a dedicated appliance store, especially locally owned. The people helping you are former installers and people who have been watching, servicing and paying attention to what appliances are going to work. After doing a lot of research, I've learned that nobody really knows everything, but Slyman Bros knows a lot and they do want to get people what they want if they possibly can. Pricing has been, for me in several purchases, similar or less than any big box store. Where a big box store might have a sale, they'll get you with a costlier or more delayed installation. I'd rather have somebody to call on. You pay a lot of money and bring these massive appliances into your house, they need to be smart purchases and not throwaway ones.”

“Everyone involved in the purchase of the Whirlpool dryer did a professional job. I was very pleased with the follow up emails to acknoledge delivery and setup. Unfortunately, the first dryer was damage but the second unit was perfect and worked well. The delivery and installation guys were very professional and got the job done right. Thanks Slyman Bros, you have my future business.”

“You were listed as an authorized Bosch dealer. I needed to upgrade my dishwasher and decided to check out what you offered. My sister built a house in Ladue and you supplied all their kitchen appliances. Chad was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will be back when we need to upgrade more appliances. Thank you.”

“Exceptionally professional and knowledgable for our purchase of an in-wall oven to replace a 20 year old Frigidaire. All the new "bells and whistles" were outlined and the warranty explained. It was the easiest major appliance purchase I have ever made!”

“We visited the newly located store looking for a washing machine. The New location just north of their older store is very nice. Great displays of all different appliances. The new washing machine we picked out was in stock and delivered two days later. The Two gentleman who made the delivery were respectful of our property, didnt park in our driveway and took care bringing the new machine down the steps, setting up the new machice and taking care to remove the old machine. The New machine is working fine just trying to get use of its operation. Our salesman Sam Litzinger kept us updated on the delivery. We have bought a refigerator from Slyman Bros in the past. Definitely would recommend them.”

“It seems that appliances do not last more than a few years. I have purchased appliances through local Big Box stores without consideration for a specialized appliance store.. After my dishwasher and washing machine started having problems I scheduled service calls. The service calls exceeded $250 and the parts required for repair were over $400. I elected not to repair the appliances and purchase new. After getting recommendations for a Speed Queen washer I decided to view at a local Slyman Bros store. The selection of brands is impressive. I met Jake Barnett and we talked about what I needed and the problems I've been having with appliances not lasting. I have decided ongoing to purchase from Slyman Bros and always add on the extended warranties. The free local delivery, updates on arrival time, emails added to the great service that I experienced. At this visit I purchased a Speed Queen washer and a Kitchenaide dishwasher. I was hesitant to purchase Kitchenaide again due to the one I had only lasted 3 years. Jake recommended the 5 year warranty so I went for it! Hoping to have the expected service from my new appliances and a continued relationship with Slyman Brothers. Georgena Mudd”
