“The Slyman Bros sales staff were knowlegable and polite. The purchasing and setting up delivery and installation was quick and easy and all of the questions were answered. The delivery went well. The delivery guy was polite but did not seem overly interested in explaining what was happening in our own house and the process he was doing. A bit supercilious. That is the only reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars. But I would but our next appliance from them.”

“The appliance is great,, the salesman was great, the price was fair, but their delivery system is poor. I was told that delivery would be made between 7 and 11 am. I am writing this at 230 pm and still no delivery. I can understand unavoidable delays, but then you need to call the customer and let them know that the delivery has been delayed at east three hours. Instead, I have had to give up five hours of my day waiting. When I called my salesman, all he could tell me is that it is an automated system. Maybe it needs to be a human system.”

“Never received my purchase. Was charged 3/27/2024 purchase Slyman Bros Httpsslymanbr Mo $1,139.52 Was first told it's not in stock and I will get a text to deliver next Wednesday when it comes in. Wednesday comes and no text about delivery. I send email to get an update and was told , they found out yesterday there was a system issues and it should be here NEXT Wednesday. Sly-man Bros had no issues taking my money right away without producing anything. And now it will be a minimum of 3 weeks after I paid for it just to get the delivery scheduled. Not a good busniss practice. I demand a full refund. I'll get a refrigerator from someone reliable. They are everywhere.”

“I was pleased with the sales process and delivery process. Prior to delivery I informed Mary Beth that the hinges needed to be on the left side. She informed me they come standard on the right side and if I wanted to change it would need to be done in the warehouse and the delivery date moved. I also was charged $29 for this service. Upon delivery, the refrigerator was fully wrapped in packing with the hinges on the right side. I informed the delivery men and they told me they do this in the field which they completed in addition to the water hookup for the ice maker. I don't understand why then I was charged $29 for a service that was never completed with no need to move the delivery date.”

“Chris Skupnik was outstanding on helping me out, My Fathers Microwave in St Louis didnt work, and Needed a New Microwave Delivery also with setup, as My Father is Senior,The whole process was Fast and Effecient. Also Slyman Brothers pricing was a Good Deal. Would Highly Recommend Slyman Brothers, 5 Starts, and Thanks Chris, Greatly Apreciated!”
