“The sales consultant was great, the store was clean as can be and employees greeted me upon entering, provided courtesy drink, etc. Completing purchase very easy and scheduling delivery was equally simple. The delivery, more so the installation was the hiccup, a pothole in the process. After turning the water off and on five times the installation was completed. Regrettably, after the driver and install crew left the hose-water supply to the washing machine was leaking, badly. I called the store, and spoke with consultant who was appropriately concerned. In the meantime, I reinstalled the water supply that was leaking and the leaking stopped. At this point, I noticed the installer did not turn on the hot water supply, just the cold. Room for improvement but so far pleased with Speed Queen washer & dryer.”

“This is the third appliance Ian has advised us on since May 2023. He is extremely knowledgeable so that we felt confident with each purchase. He is very patient and was able to answer our questions and never did we feel any pressure to make our decision. The delivery for each appliance was perfect. The technicians were excellent Slyman is our go to for all future appliances. We tell everyone we know about our wonderful experience. THANK YOU”

“I talked to Maxx over the phone since I was in the distribution center area to call about buying a fridge. He took my sale over the phone and emailed the warehouse I was on my way. Boom. 15 mins later I had the fridge in the back of my truck. Everyone was friendly and professional and Maxx made sure I got the best price. Would definitely do business again.”

“I saw the Maytag washer that I wanted on the Internet but I did not read that this washing machine would be at the South County location for me to look at. I was lucky it was. The salesman was not pushy and was very professional and thorough. I got the washer that I wanted and I’m happy about the installation and delivery charges and what they consist of. You did not disappoint me at all. My delivery date is this Thursday.”

“We were in the market for a particular brand and style of refrigerator. We met with Ian. He listened attentively to our request. He was able to arrange for that specific appliance to be delivered and set up the next day. We will certainly consider Slyman Bros first for other household appliances.”

“Went in for the warehouse sale. Salesman took us to exactly what we needed, upright freezer, prefect size to fit our space, and fantastic price. Purchased on Sunday. Expect delivery on Tuesday. Could not have been easier!”
