“This is a properly amazing organisation with an amazing product. I ordered mine a month or so ago, and everything was perfect except it had a weird smell, which didn’t go away despite me airing it out and putting a car air freshener in. I thought I would mention to them on the off chance I got some weird anomaly and I got a message back with a few minutes really apologetic and posting a new one which arrived the very next day…no weird smell, just a perfect bag from a genuinely perfect company!”

“Great bag - feels well made and of quality materials. My one criticism would be the bottle holders on the side of the bag do not allow for any give (perhaps an elesticated seam would help) to accomodate the bottle if the sack is actually packed full.”
