“Owl statue ordered for a friend's birthday. On delivery some damage was found to the plinth. Statue was replaced promptly and efficiently with no quibble. Statue now resides in friend's garden attracting many compliments. Very impressed with this company.”

“Ordering the modern style Bird Bath was easy and simple on line. There was a long lead time due to there being none in stock and the new delivery on a container ship in the Channel, but we were kept informed and were happy to wait. there was a quality issue (manufacturing fault) that we reported. It was sorted promptly to our satisfaction. We are pleased with our purchase and have no hesitation in recommending Statues & Sculptures for both their products and customer service!”

“Steve couldn't be more helpful! Wonderful service, beautiful bird bath, thoroughly nice chap. Would defo recommend, and would absolutely buy from him again. Really enjoy watching all the birds taking a dip and hydrating themselves. Such a lovely thing to have in your garden.”

“Really pleased with our sculpture. You always take a risk buying online, with the product not quite looking like it does in the photographs. This is not the case in this instanceâ if anything the sculpture looks even better in situ! Fast delivery and the chaps were very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend.”

“We ordered the statues on line for our Wedding Anniversary gift to each other, as the ones we had originally had been broken. The statues were delivered as stated and well packed. They are smaller than the ones we had before and not as defined but we are pleased with them and they look good in the garden.”

“Looking for something different for my 70th birthday we looked at Statues and Sculptures, loving the look of a Spring lady we ordered one. We were not disappointed. Features were brilliant. So impressed we ordered Summer, Autumn and Winter also. The service was very good and prompt. Thank you for the lovely addition to our garden.”

“I ordered stag and doe large garden sculptures as a birthday present for my wife. The delivery time was stated as 6 to 8 weeks, so I ordered accordingly so that they would be delivered just before her birthday. I was very surprised to receive a phone call just after ordering to say that they would be delivered the very next day. They are too large to keep hidden for 8 weeks, so it spoilt the surprise somewhat. I was also disappointed to subsequently find I could have purchased the same sculptures elsewhere for Â£155 less. Addendum: Subsequent to posting my original review, Steve from Statues and Sculptures went the extra mile by getting in touch with me by email and telephone to explain how he had been able to deliver the statues so much quicker than expected. Additionally, without any request from myself, he refunded Â£155 to my credit card to match the other supplier's price, even though he was under no obligation at all to do so. In this day and age it was a very pleasant surprise to receive such customer service, and as a result of this I have raised my rating from 4 to 5 stars. Thank you Steve.”

“Excellent product(bird bath), waiting for it to weather in a bit, but the sparrows loved it in the recent hot weather. They drank from it and queued up with their loofahs and towels. Delivery was great. I was abroad when it was first scheduled, but changed it twice because of flight cancellations and it was no bother.”
