“I've purchased a total of four straps from this company. Three of the straps broke either within 6 months or just after 6 months one of them they actually exchanged for another item and it arrived broken. Now my most recent strap Has Broken but they will not replace it. I do not recommend purchasing from this company. The quality is not good.”
“Ordered November 30th, package was mailed but the courier returned to send for unknown reason. Was delivered back to strapsco December 30th according to tracking but they’re being difficult and won’t refund me. I have been emailing them consistently and they’re denying my package was delivered back to them. I’m out $100 and they’re denying won’t do anything for me.”
“Firstly, they sent the wrong dress. It looked nothing like the photo. The quality was so cheap and I would have thrown it straight in the bin. Then I wrote to request a refund. It was very difficult to find out how to do this. I finally got an answer. It's been days and they still have not refunded me or delt with the issue. What a terrible company!”
“I ordered a watch strap from strapsco. My password was lost and i could not get StrapsCo to reset the password. i have requested a password reset 9 times. I want to return my band because it is 22 mm instead of 24. Whoever operates this company has no idea of how to reset a password in their system. I tried their chat app but it is a ruse leading back to a reset nightmare. against my better judgement my order was 1070???,”
“I just got straps I ordered over a week ago. They came in an envelope that looked like it had been reused for years and the envelope and straps smell like they were soaked in a vat of cleaner. So disappointing”
“I ordered a Tan coloured watch strap and was sent a strap that is clearly a Brown colour that's even a little dark. Tan colour is supposed to be quite light and the images they were showing on their website was showing it as nearly an Orange/Brown colour, what I was sent was just flat out Brown. I emailed customer service and showed them a photo of my band and the colour that was sent to me and informed I was sent the wrong band. They insisted that I was sent the right band even though the colour difference was very obvious. They insisted that I was incorrect, and the problem is that I want to return the item and get a full refund, including the return postage costs to be covered but they won't do that because they're insisting it's the right one, so therefore there wasn't any mistake made on the order and so I have to cover the return postage costs (which will costs me about half the price of the overpriced product because it's international)
This company is very unprofessional and I've read of people having bad experiences and now I see how. It also seems they just buy tyese straps for $2 on Ali Express and just put their packaging on ans charge $50. There is also no details or stickers on the packaging that have any description of what the band Style, Colour and Size is so I don't know what kind of operation their running there but no wonder a mistake was made if they have all these bands without descriptions on the packaging.”
“Bought this because stainless steel is supposed to be hypoallergenic and I have sensitivities to certain metals, such as nickel. After one (1) week of use, not only did the color on the inside of the band start to wear off but it caused a severe allergic reaction. I contacted customer service to see what options I had because you cannot return opened/worn items (but I obviously cannot continue to use this) and the agent twice ignored my issue, despite me sending a picture of what this band did to my wrist, and instead reminded me of the return policy before suggesting I buy a non-metal band from their store.
Because StrapsCo requires that reviews be approved before being posted, my negative review *still* has not been posted a week after I submitted it. Positive reviews from other customers submitted in the meantime, however, have been approved.”
“I bought a 20mm band it didn't fit my 20mm lug width on my omega Seamaster
I asked numerous times for another strap due to the fact they may ever so slightly vary in size.
They would not accommodate me. Come on it's a $34.99 strap it probably cost $8-$10 at most wholesale and they are too short sided to offer proper customer service. I have an extensive Watch collection and I belong to 3 Watch enthusiast groups. As a business owner I view Strapco as short sided and building awful customer relations!”
