“The item bought was £10 cheaper than other vendors, very easy to order, I was advised of the order progress throughout and the item arrive very quickly. Have not fitted the item yet so cannot contact on quality etc”
“The window is perfect , good looking window .
The only one problem is the installation instructions they are very poor and hard to follow.
Only pictures and the sizes with the pictures don’t work .
We fitted the window better without looking at them
Please improve the booklet , we are very clued up fitters and no a bloke thing understanding instructions”
“A good little loft ladder. There is only one point to note and that is, the hatch door must be fully opened when unfolding the ladder. If it isn’t, it clips the frame and splinters the wood. Not a problem, but something to be mindful of.”
“Ordered a Fakro knee wall door. Service was excellent, best price on the Internet followed by very fast delivery. This is the 2nd time I have bought the same product from Sunlux, very pleased.”
“Good product was delivered at the estimated time of two days which was very convenient for us to finish our small project overall happy with the product and delivery”
“The products were great, can highly recommend. It was the lack of communication that has forced us to drop a star - We placed the order but did not know when it would arrive. When it arrived, still no communication to say that it was parcel 1 of 2. The other parcel arrived the following day even though both items were ordered together. This meant that we had to get a driver to deliver the second item to site so as not to hold up the install. There was no invoice sent either, although it was quickly received after we emailed a request. Would we use Sunlux again? Probably, but the issues could have been easily avoided with better communication”
“Had 2 of these now and will be ordering a third, good quality, very easy to install, look good, have had many heavy down pours since I have fitted them and they are perfect. Delivery is extremely quick and had good updates from DHL. I couldn’t find any faults with the company nor the product. Extremely happy.”
“bought a vertical access loft door (Fakro DWK 60 x 80cm L-Shaped Combination Knee Wall Loft Door). Nice finish, well made, easy to install. Quick delivery and price reasonable.”
“Purchased to replace a roof window in my property in France. Not been out there to fit it yet but the window looks as good as any others I've seen and at a fraction of the cost. The window will be fitted later this year and I'm looking forward to doing the job. I can't actually give a proper review yet but from what I've seen I don't anticipate any problem other than getting it up on the roof on my own. I'm sure I'll work it out.”
