“Ordered roof window and came with a broken lock. Fair play they was quick to send a replacement window out yesterday and today we've gone install the new one and the same problem has occurred. This has caused massive delay on my project now and I'm going to charged with a late finishing fine now”
“Although the windows were ok , one of them turned up damaged, but by the time we noticed we had already took the original windows out . I know this has probably happened in transit but we were a bit annoyed about this . I have a photo of the damage”
“Ordered a loft ladder handrail which is fine and promptly dispatched. Only problem was with the adjoining nuts for bolting onto ladder frame as I only received one connector nut which left me one short!
Contacted Sunlux and requested nut specification so that I could order a replacement, but didn't receive a reply!! Appreciate this is only a small matter but it does spoil the whole effect as I has to use an ordinary bolt and screw.”
“I use this supplier a lot most of the time all is great, this time the hatch was damaged however it wasn't apparent because the cardboard cover didn't appear to be damaged. I leave the cardboard on until after installing the hatch this way it is less likely the hatch gets scratched during installation. When I removed the cardboard it was apparent the hatch was damaged. I contacted them and they arranged a replacement however they gave me a bit of down the banks for not checking it properly before fitting it. It all worked out in the end, they sent me a new door that arrived 2 days later and I was able to keep the customer happy.”

“Bought 2 piviot roof windows and 2 blackout blinds. Windows look gd. One of them sounds like it has some grains of sand inside when tilting open then closed. U can hear it inside one side of the fame. The blinds are OK but don't completely keep out the light. I will need to add something to the inside of the fame for them to be completely blackout during the day time as I work nights. One of the blinds arrived with pretty poor build quality. The roller was disconnected where the pole meets the end piece. I manged to get this put together properly and for it to work. Overall the windows do look really good and manged to fit them myself. The blinds fit easy enough if they are built properly but I think they are massively overpriced considering it's just a roller blind with 2 channels down either side. Could probably make these with a little bit of trucking and get the same effect at a fraction of the cost.”
