I booked a hotel for a business trip from 3-6 Feb in Dubai 8 days in advance and received a confirmation number. Two days later, I called Millenium Plaza Dubai to confirm if they have my reservation but they did not. I called Super.com and they told me that the partner who does these reservations is unreachable by phone so they have to email the partner. 24 hours later there was still no response so I called Super.com and it was again the same story. I requested a refund and the agent processed it after calling the hotel and confirming they did not have any reservation under my name. Now I have to book the same hotel at 3 times the original price. Super.com did not offer any damages for the increased rate nor would they book a similar hotel in the same area :(((

It was so traumatizing and I couldn't talk to no one about it after this investors left me handicapped by taking my 25,00$ stopping me from withdrawal of my hard earned money. Everything was good until it came to verify that I am not a Robot, using WhatsApp. I felt helpless wondering why I was not receiving the code. It was because the NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS is NOT listed. I had to use the US phone code, so please add the Northern Mariana Islands. We are a US Territory, like Guam, our code is 1-(670). Thank you so much.

“This is a scam booked hotel and paid went to hotel they ask to pay again when I talked to their customer service let me wait for 4 hours they could not help ask me to pay and refund me I have already paid and I did not get my refund basically they take both payment B_16698169 And B_16479327 been more than 10 days ask my money back they don’t care and no one replay to my email
