About Telrex:

Telrex opened its doors as Telephone Wreckers in 1999 and has since grown from just serving the local area to the entire country by providing great quality telephone systems at every price point. Our head office team and warehouse is based in Loganholme, just south of Brisbane, where we sell directly to suppliers and the public from our showroom. Our Melbourne Telrex office is based in Keilor Park.

Our supply network and partnerships encompass the whole of Australia, with connections in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Hobart, Darwin, Perth and Adelaide.

With over four thousand products online and in store, we have everything from headsets and data cabinets to cables and sockets. With great brands like Coms in a Box, Plantronics, Jabra and more, all of our products are excellent quality at even better prices. We always offer customised products and packages — no two are alike.

“The actual customer service and helpfulness from staff member, Anthony was EXCELLENT. Though troubling was the fact that I bought a Telrex brand (Coms in the box) shelf that did NOT fit an older model Coms in the box data rack. Apparently the Coms in the box supplier chops and changes their data rack specs over time, which does NOT help customers or staff. So now I have to take the shelving back for a return and have had to source another universally fitting shelf (that needs adjusting and tweaking to fit). So 5 stars for Anthony attempting to source an older shelf that fits , though unsuccessful. 2 Stars for the company supplying a product that has sizing specs changed and does not supply for....”

“I contacted Telrex a few months ago about earbud tips. Unfortunately they were out of stock but the helpful guy told me they would call when they arrived. True to his word I received the call and organised to collect them that same day. He made sure I had the correct address and was very pleasant on the phone. On arrival to collect them I was greeted by another helpful team member. It’s becoming quite rare these days to get such great customer service from a company. Highly recommend Telrex.”

Had an issue with the delivery through Startrack (no fault of Telrex, the delivery driver kept going to the wrong address), and Graeme did everything he could to assist with resolving it, even offering to have someone drop my order off on their way home from the warehouse if it didn't turn up.
