“This is a great concept and if the price continued to be £39 a month and there was a more of what I wanted in stock I would have probably continued with it. Sadly as I’m on maternity leave I couldn’t justify the £79 or the new price of £59 and. I also found that a lot of the items I wanted were not in stock which was disappointing. That being said I loved receiving my box each month and most of the items were brand new which was amazing. The customer service was always very polite and helpful when I had a query too. I would definitely consider returning as a customer in the not too distant future if there was more stock of items.”
“Great concept. have had some good boxes some clothes are brand new but recently ALL used items and not greatly pressed. DPD courier leaves item at a neighbour but did not inform me, had to return collection box myself. spend ages waiting for a return email. i hope they do well, as such a good idea.”

“Love this subscription its such a great idea! Ive been ordering 5 items each month for about 4 months. I love all the pieces, they're always great quality. Really appreciate that the price has dropped from its original higher rate! I was going to cancel before the price dropped. This was mainly due to the website and stocking. The website is clunky and difficult to use particularly on a phone. This is only redeemed by having a great support team who always reply quickly. However it's still frustrating. My biggest criticism is that the clothes are really poorly stocked and rarely have options for sizes. I haven't seen any sizes restocked on my favourited items the whole time I've been subscribed. I'd recommend being hot on your ordering when new clothes come in! Despite the draw backs I still love the concept and love all my items too.”

“Monthly rentals always come super quickly from ordering, and the swap over is easy and seamless. Every time I’ve contacted customer care with a query, too, they respond quickly and helpfully. Will continue to keep renting each month for the long term - just would love to see newness as much as possible!”
“My first box arrived four days after ordering (it would have been earlier but there was a courier delay), I was able to get help from customer services via email and the online chat, and the clothes arrived by 10am the next morning. Two of the pieces were new with labels, everything was great quality and fitted perfectly. So far so good!”
“Still having issues with this company. I asked to cancel the subscription, and again they have taken a charge. Still unable to communicate with them via help desk or live chat, it seems their emails don't come through for some reason. I am told the issue was mine, as it's being blocked - I have a Google Mail account, which is pretty standard so can't see how this is an issue my end. I am get to find a number to call them on and really am at a loss as to what to do. Would not recommend at all due to the inability to get in touch if there are any issues, just makes for a very stressful situation”

“The worst company I have ever used, absolutely terrible service from beginning to end. The website says that you have been charged and then I wasn’t and it took forever to sort out. Actually impossible to get the clothes that you want in your size, not sure they exist. Then when my clothing arrived I had a face mask in one of the pockets! On top of this, the phone number doesn’t work and I get charged if I call it, and then even when I cancelled my subscription and sent my clothes back in time I still got charged for another month!”
“I think this is really good company- service is excellent. It makes you try things you would not have bought by yourself. There is not always the size you want but there is a large choice of brands and style so you can always find something that fits you.”
