“Love the choice of clothes and the overall concept. Have received everything I have wanted so far. The devout customer service after the issues with delivery of my first box was great, very quick response etc to my email. However, DPD customer service is awful, the drivers are rude, can’t find our flat and are just really unhelpful (didn’t want to take my return box today for example, took 3 attempts to deliver my first box, took me standing outside on the road to get it). Not sure I will stick with it due to the delivery issues (which I realise are not the Devout’s fault), which is a real shame as the concept is amazing and the clothes are fab.”

“The customer service is super fast and solve any issue you may have so quickly, I'm impressed. The clothes are gorgeous and when the item I wanted wasn't available, I could quickly choose another item. All smoothly. I would like to see better pictures and description of the items such as the composition of the fabric, a bit of story on the brands and bigger sizes availability for inclusivity. I wanted to try fashion rental to see if it was my cup of tea, which now I can confirm it is not. I will probably rent in the future for special occasions like trips, parties, or when I want to treat myself.”
“Beautiful clothes, excellent customer service. Because lockdown, I couldn’t go outside and travel so doesn’t make sense for me to rent clothes. Maybe continue renting after lockdown.”
“Really great concept, and I'm really happy with my first batch of clothes. The only snag I had was that I'd originally picked two out of five items that had been returned the Devout damaged, so they couldn't rent them to me. It would have been better if the items had been checked first before being displayed as available. I ended up with a cardigan that doesn't really suit me (the only item out of my batch that I wouldn't have bought had I tried it on in a shop), instead of a jumper that I really needed this month. Anyway, the team was really helpful and responsive, so I appreciate they did all they could to rectify the situation and suggest alternatives.
