Brilliant service, I love that the old box is picked up at the same time the new one is delivered. Excellent range of clothes to choose from, enjoy seeing new labels added each month. Sustainable fashion in the most fun form.

Really happy with my clothes, arrived so quickly and only one item didn't fit. The biggest problem is that the website is incredibly hard to use which is a shame. Its quite hard to navigate and I've had to use the online chat 3 times to get my subscription set up and sent out. However the online chat is really quick and they were really helpful! Love the idea of renting clothes and will definitely try it I've the next couple of months. Other than the website it is also a shame a lot of clothes aren't well stocked! Still found 5 items I wanted but would be much better to have a larger selection stocked. Still 4 stars though because I like the concept, loved the clothes and online chat we're fast and helpful😊

Received my first 5 pieces and absolutely thrilled with them. Great quality (including one brand new). Went for a Potter round the shops and usually I'd buy something but managed to resist knowing I would have a new batch of clothes coming next month. Really really pleased.

Love the choice of clothes and the overall concept. Have received everything I have wanted so far. The devout customer service after the issues with delivery of my first box was great, very quick response etc to my email. However, DPD customer service is awful, the drivers are rude, can’t find our flat and are just really unhelpful (didn’t want to take my return box today for example, took 3 attempts to deliver my first box, took me standing outside on the road to get it). Not sure I will stick with it due to the delivery issues (which I realise are not the Devout’s fault), which is a real shame as the concept is amazing and the clothes are fab.

delivery and collection on time. i had a mixture of new and used items. items clean but some VERY creased (this could be improved. customer service is fantastic. also quick response. i may struggle in the winter unless there is a very big selection as i do not wear dresses and would not buy/rent trousers online. overall i am very impressed

Great idea and lovely company. Super helpful & responsive. They are clearly building up in terms of amount of clothes but also with added features like a wishlist etc. Would recommend!

I really love the idea of renting clothes, as it’s a more sustainable lifestyle and gives you the chance to try different styles, or brands that I would normally not afford. Service was prompt, clothes arrived in a great condition , they all look new to me. The 40 pounds for 3 months offer is great, hope I can continue to afford 79 after, as I love the concept.

Great concept and I did enjoy for the 3 mi this over the summer. Found the website clunky to use on my phone. Would probably re-join once I’m back working in an office or closer to party season.

Terrible support service. I ordered a dress which was advertised as new and was then notified it was rented. I requested a refund and didn't receive the funds back to my account. I had to open a PayPal dispute in order to get my refund. Would not recommend.

Support team are fantastic. So responsive and friendly and even waived a swap fee on my first order when I got my sizes wrong. The clothes are beautiful and in great condition. I've purchased multiple things after renting. For me it's the kind of service I would probably use for just a few months each year, to see the new items as they come out too. I had 50% my first 3 months which was great but the full price would be a bit too much for me to pay all the time.

The concept is brilliant and I can't fault the customer service I had at all, super friendly and helpful. I had half price for my first two months which was great to try the service out but unfortunately I can't afford the full price each month so had to cancel.

I genuinely love this concept and it's working well for me. Excellent choice of clothes. Customer support are quick to respond, friendly and helpful. Although you can't choose day for new box delivery easily on the site (please add this feature!) the support team are super responsive and sort it for you immediately if you need an extension.

Their support service is not very responsive nor understanding. Their selection is very limited and not diverse at all. Their website is terrible, and their photos even have stains and dirt in some of them. Would not recommend.

Great idea but didn't really work for me. The sizing of the clothes was just too inconsistent (not their fault, the brand's fault!) Even getting stuff from the same brand it was always a risk it would be too big or too small and the size guides on the site all seem to say 'true to size' so no real help.

- I wanted to like this but the model just does not work. I suggest following the model Glamcorner in Australia use. - Should be more flexibility with timeframes for return/delivery. i.e. return once finished and then select a new box - not wait until a specific date. These timelines are also not made clear and slow. - Pick up service was frustrating although they did reschedule when I advised it had not been collected (appreciate this is more of a courier issue). It would probably be better to offer option to return yourself as well as courier. - Improved selection of clothes required - they did not change enough in the 3 months I tried it for. - Item was out of stock and not replaced. No response on this.
