“The dress was shipped from the designer of the dress. The dress is a very nice chiffon quality material. It looks beautiful on me I'm 28.The dress is very long I'm 5'4 in height. The fit was good a little big on top.its a legit site. Check the designer website for sizing and more information about the dresses by copy and paste the the name and number of the dress on Google search.”

“Your service is very bad When I receive my item , the dress Material Sequins falling all my skin and floor I try the call 4 times talk to your customer service, nobody can help me return and get refund, so I call my payment PayPal help me talk to New York dress warehouse, then you send me your shipping label That’s is not how you treat your clients I followed your company almost 10 years ago , but so so so many dress from you But this time is your Material quality problem, you don’t want help me I will not comment anyone , just be careful pay the payment to it . I thinking from PayPal is best choose, they will protect your money if you have any Problem with the item quality”

“Was very pleased with our experience with TheDressWarehouse. The dress was beautiful, exactly as pictured, high-quality fabric, and the sizing chart was accurate. I was very reluctant to purchase on-line, but the only size we could find in our area was much too big and $60 more than was listed on TheDressWarehouse. Even after shipping and minor alterations (shortening) we still came out ahead! This is my daughter's dream dress, THANK YOU for helping make her dreams a reality!”

“photo was misleading.... the dress size was not consistent... while it fit in the breast size, the back would have fit a girl in junior high, .. nothing like the photo... told I had to pay 68 for fast shipping unable to return because item on sale, although the photo was not like the actual dress.. believe the dress was manufactured in china and did not come close to fitting... I donated it”

“I received the totally wrong product and was hung up on by customer service while explaining the situation. I was able to send the product back for a refund but since the original product was no longer in stock, I was put in a bit of a bind trying to find another dress on such short notice. I was disappointed about not receiving any sort of apology or discount in hopes to remedy/ help the situation.”

“We ordered a dress for my daughter’s prom (in May). It was here within 5 days. We’re getting it altered but the dress is selling on other websites for $300 more. My seamstress told me the dress we got is very well made (Jovani). If you see a dress you like don’t hesitate purchasing.”
