“HORRIBLE SERVICE - BUYER BEWARE This website does NOT make it clear upfront that they do not accept returns. The dress I received was not sized as marked. I received it via mail, did not not fit (way too small) and I could not return it.”

“This dress is gorgeous, it was worth the waite. It runs small I has to go up 2 sizes, the dress a final sale .When I got it was too small, I call the store and voice my problem. “Giving it 2 Star because your customer service response time and efficiency was great. I’m a size US4 in all department and boutique stores and generally most brands unless I am ordering from Some Chinese website then I go 2 sizes up! Dress 1: assuming this is US retailer, I ordered my actual size 4 and when the dress came, it was too small. Returned for exchange, ordered a different dress size 6. Received a complete random size 15 dress. Returned it again Finallyy dress size 6 arrived and unfortunately too small (even though I ordered 2 sizes up from my current size). With the inconvenience of so many returns, planing duty multiple times - I decided to donate the last dress which didn’t fit. Very disappointed with the sizing and also, quality of the product not as you see it on screen.”

“The dress I received was not in the same color as the photos on the website! On the website, the color of the dress is bright yellow which was what attracted me, but the actual dress I received has a very dull and pale color which I DON'T LIKE at all. Since it is the final sale, now I end up with a piece just hanging in the closet!!!!!”
