“When I received the scooter it was defective an had the following number of issues. 1. Super tight folding mechanism 2.copper buttons that lock the stem in place is defective and doesn't lock in place (which makes the scooter very unsafe to ride) 3. Front suspension doesn't work not even a slight moment. 4. Also took me over 10 mins to fold the right handle down as its defective. I have send them over a dozen emails and they have picked and choose when and what mails they like to reply. No one would ever pick up their phones too. Please support companies that value their customers. I had to send the scooter back as it had so many issues and i asked them on Wednesday the 6/06/20 for the money back as it was in 14 day refund policy. On Thursday (07/06) I received a email back from E scooter co saying they had looked into my scooter and its already on the way back and i should get it back by the weekend, so that they don't have to issue a refund. I tried calling them and also emailed them twice asking for a tracking number. but these were ignored. I haven't received the scooter all weekend. on Monday i made a review here on trust pilot and just like that i recieve a call from e scooters saying the scooter is on the way back etc, and then they have send me a tracking number. according to the tracking number, they had only send the scooter back to me on friday when they told me on thursday that they have already shipped it back so that they dont have to issue a refund. highly disappointing as i was not happy about the quality of the product and the service. finally when i received the scooter as-well some issues still remain and I am told I cannot send it back again as shipping cost is high. My question is what is the point of a 1 year warranty? Will not buy from them again. All I want to know is why lie when i was entitled to a refund?”
“Good communication with their customer services but very strict returns policy knocking off £50 for tyres that were wheeled around a flat surface. Also no free returns costing me £35, the scooter was delayed getting to me by nearly a week in the first place, not next day delivery as stated. I’ve since found another scooter site with the same scooter price that do free returns.”
