Ordered birthday flowers for a friend to be delivered the following day. I didn’t realised that she was away on holiday as it was a surprise for her. I am not impressed that the flowers were left with the neighbours and the recipient not contacted to come back another day.

Hello and thank you for reaching out to us today. I'm sorry to hear that your friend's flowers were not received. We try to leave a note when there is nobody home, or if our driver can they will contact your friend by phone. Although I fear that if they were on holiday, it would be unlikely they would answer the phone, so it is most florists' standard operating procedure to leave the flowers in a safe location outside - or with a neighbor to ensure the delivery is on time and can be received when the recipient arrives home. I hope that your friend has received her flowers, and I will be reaching out privately today over this matter. Spent a fortune on flowers that I wanted delivered the same day to say thank you to someone who had really helped me out. Received an email to say they were delivered and they haven’t been…. So were are my flowers ?

My mum of 79 never received her orchid for her birthday even though they sent an email saying it had been delivered😢 feeling pretty sad as I live in NZ and haven’t seen my mum in over 5 years as she couldn’t visit a couple of years ago due to covid, so wanted to send a special gift! I have sent an email here’s hoping they can sort out what happened.

Very disappointed with our order. Added the chocolates to my order for an extra £9.99 and received a tub of Hero’s that retail from Tesco for £3.99 I was contacted with an apology then no further correspondence despite a further email from myself. The flowers started to wilt after 2 days. I paid £50 for what I consider pile of rubbish. Was meant to be a nice surprise and kind of spoilt the occasion. I won’t be using them again, I feel like I’ve been ripped off.

Arrived on time daughter happy very pretty thank you. She was stranded in York without even a toothbrush courier failed to deliver her belonging for 5 days cheered her up.

I ordered some flowers on Wednesday 23rd November and your website stated if I order before 7pm I would get next day delivery. My order was before 7pm and I got notified around 11:30 yesterday that my order was out for delivery, the email stated it would be delivered before 7pm. The order didn't get delivered until 9.28pm and the person they flowers were for had gone to bed at this point therefore the flowers were left on the doorstep and were not seen until this morning. The service that was offered was not received. I think this is more to do with the courier though than yourselves.
