“While the flowers themselves were nice and reasonably priced the whole process was let down by the DPD delivery driver who delivered to the wrong house, took a useless photo as ‘proof’ of delivery. When I tried to complain I was fobbed off and told someone would call me. They didn’t. The flowers were ruined as they were left outside someone else’s house overnight at temperatures of minus 11!!!”

I'm very sorry that your order was mishandled by a driver and subsequent lack of contact. I'm afraid that during the busy Christmas period DPD customer care is trying to cope with a high volume. I am very sorry to hear the flowers were ruined in the cold temperatures. I would like to reach out to you privately over this and hope to be able to make some amends.

“Ordered £43 flowers in a pot for my sister who is recovering from surgery. £7.99 same day. I was so upset hen sh sent me a picture of the tiny pot its Berries in. They were delivered to the wrong house but she managed to get them, I felt embarrassed at the poor quality that she received. Alister was so lovely on the phone and I was expecting so I expected something similar to the photo on the website which sadly was not the case at all.”

“Sadly I’m very torn on this. I wanted 2 lots of flowers for the same person. Same address. Same day. But it had to be 2 separate orders. Delivery alone was nearly £15. Why ?? On the day only 1 order arrived. Absolutely beautiful. But it was masked by the 2nd order being a no show. It was for a special birthday. It took 34 calls to get an answer. 2 emails. Yes they gave an explanation. And were happy to give a refund. But now I have to wait 5-10 days for it. I think I’ll go elsewhere next time. Sadly.”
