We do try to encourage customers to measure the wearers wrist before purchasing to ensure the correct size is selected. “While the service and quality of the stainless steel bracelet was good in the first instance I have however suffered a severe allergic reaction after a few days of wearing. unfortunately I cannot wear the bracelet again. I have contacted the company but I have never had a response which I find very disappointing.”

We are very sorry to hear you have had an allergic reaction, the majority of people are fine to wear Stainless Steel with only a small amount of the population being allergic to it. We’ve looked through our records and we can see that you sent us a message on Friday after we had closed for the weekend. We then emailed you back on the Monday after we reopened and offered to send you a silicone band free of charge that contained no metal and would have your details engraved which we have since sent out after you confirmed what size and colour you would like.

“Just what I wanted, the engraving on the underside makes it personal. I have next of Kin (iCE) on there and my blood group, along with my health details. My only advice is to just ask someone else to help measure your own wrist as although the item is great I probably order the size larger than need and could have gone down a size. Thanks you.”
