“"I ordered a watch for my girlfriends birthday. The first one was delivered as expected, but the watch wasn't working. Contacted customer services and they gave me a return address. They sent a second watch, and this one turned up and didn't work either. It was only after the third attempt that I finally received a watch that worked.....three weeks after my girlfriends birthday. OK, so I got my postage refunded but not anything to compensate for not received working goods (twice) and the annoyance and disappointment that the whole experience left me with. Will not use TIC watches again."”

“"This is the second time I'm shopping at Ticwatches and I must say that I've had a terrific experience buying items from this shop. First of all, their pricing is fair on most items that they sell on their website and they tend to be one of the more affordable shops for watches. Placing an order on their site is also very easy and it requires just a few clicks using PayPal, as well as they do not require that you make an account there to place orders. In the past I've had problems with a specific order, but even then their customer support provided me with a solution within a day after the ticket was the ticket was submitted. On the second order I did not have any of the problems, but it's good to know that their customer support is able to resolve issues if they do occur. When it comes to the delivery speeds, never had any problems there either as all orders have been delivered within 2 business days - which is above my expectations as deliveries from the UK usually take 2 weeks to arrive to Sweden at most other shops. To sum it up; Good shop with good buying experience and great customer service - will definitely shop here in the future and can definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a watch."”

“"Very good first experience with Tic Watches. Will definitely order again from this store, the prices and the service are very much worth it believe me. First the support replied me very fast to all my doubts and then I ordered from Portugal on a Friday night and received the item in hands (Portugal) on Wednesday morning, very fast delivery just in time to offer as a gift to my wife's birthday. Beautiful and Genuine certified Michael Kors watch carefully wrapped for the shipping travel."”

“"I felt obligated to share my experience with TIC Watches after reading some questionable reviews that don't do this company any justice. Just over a year ago (July 2016) I bought a beautiful limited edition Michael Kors watch, just after a a few months an index fell off which was slightly bearable and easy to ignore, but thankfully nearing my 12 month warranty ending it moved position and I called the company who with no hassle told me to send my watch in for repair, I got my watch back within 2 weeks, much earlier than i would have expected. Blasting an independent company claiming they're not genuine with no grounds to make such a claim is misleading and unfair. The customer service and reassurance that I will speak to a real human being who understands my issues is why I will return back to TIC Watches when I need a another 100% genuine and amazing quality watch!"”
