“The shipping was quick, when the pre order arrived, and they were quick to respond when I had a question about my order. I docked one point because, although the order was packed well, it used packing material that I dislike because of the mess it makes.”

“Next day delivery, products as described - truly awesome! Cheapest prices I could find aswell. Only downside is that they forgot the freebies, but I'm sure they will be able to double up in my next order!”

“We brought the kids to Total Cards for the Saturday morning Lego competition. Planned to be there for an hour as I assumed that would be all they would stomach, but we ended up staying for 2.5 hours. Good fun had by us all. Thanks.”

“This item arrived no problem at all and really look forward to getting it open, however my other pre order is a different story, there is a commander deck and 2 bundles both bundles have turned up but I’ve told the commander deck is out of stock even although it was ordered the 24th of August. Not hearing anything about it till this item was dispatched was not good communication. Hopefully the commander deck arrives before official release on Friday even although this was pre ordered a month ago or what was the point in pre ordering, if you don’t have the allocation don’t advertise it as “pre order in stock””

“Got the item dead quick (comic book) the only thing i could find fault was it was a small parcel bag for a a comic book, the cardboard they placed it in to cover the book, just fitted around it, slight damage to the book but its ok, I wont be getting the book signed and graded which i wanted it for.”

“I've made pre orders with total cards a few times now, once for obsidian flames and then for shrouded fable, both of these pre orders arrived late! The thing that is confusing is when you see on the website they are available for collection in store but your pre order is delayed for a late delivery of product, I think the whole system of people pre ordering should be prioritised better as it should be first come first serve, get stock in and make sure the pre orders are fulfilled first before stocking the shop shelves, other than slight issue, the staff have been amazing and very approachable and professional when I have questions, and I do not believe it's the staffs fault with the whole pre order and shop availability and I am grateful with how nice they are when dealing with my pre order issues, summary though. Total cards pre order = poor Total cards staff= amazing I think the pre order operation needs to be looked at and hope it improves, I will however continue to pre order with total cards as I have faith that one day I will get a pre order delivered to my house on-time.”
