“Very long wait (7 months) between order and shipping, but the customer service responses were always polite and swift. Shipment was very easy to track and the packaging was good. Overall, might have truly been a distributor problem. Prices were low. Will probably shop again for leisurely purchase, but definitely not for gifts.”

“Total cards where good handle order and sorting issue out with a tech error on website emailed respones was good. It is not 5 stars due too no fault of Total Cards but to the poor delivery service from DPD the driver was rude and had a bad attitude when partner answered door.”

“I've been waiting a long time for this pre order. I know that Total Cards have been having trouble with their current supplier. They did eventually manage to source the game from a different supplier. But when it arrived the box was dented, which is a real shame. I've rated as 4stars because Total Cards have great customer service and it isn't really their fault that the game was damaged in transit. Maybe better packaging required though.”

“I did have some issues using my card and despite emailing in did not get a response to what the issue was, but after waiting the order went through. The order was well packaged and looks great, arrived on time and the game was a great price so overall very happy! Will use again.”

“Great service even though there were issues with the order. Fully kept in the loop regarding the issue and resolved with fairness on both sides. I would not count this against them in a future purchase as the CS was very good.”

“Order was for January/February it arrived in April. I assume it was due to COVID and shortage of stock.Order arrived in good condition and well packed. I Will continue to use. Great shop.”

“The estimated delivery time passed a few days ago, and the ‘track your parcel’ link DPD gave me in an email says they haven’t even picked up the package yet. I understand that this Christmas is an unprecedentedly busy time, but it’d be nice if they could acknowledge that when giving their delivery estimates at least. (Edit: It's DPD that's causing the issue apparently, so bumping it up to 4-star. Would have been nice to get a warning of that on the store, but not egregious enough for that bad of a rating.)”

“A little Hint for the customs prices would be great. Brexit sucks, but many people from Europe order at total cards. I think for the most countries you could make a list of the prices. So I ordered a celebrations ETB, good price at first, but with all the shipment and customs costs, I had same price like German companies. But all in all it was a good experience and had no problems.”
