“I ordered three tshirts from UNIK - the quality and design of the tshirts are all great! The only issues we had were with sizing (the 'oversized' mediums were far too small for men) and there was a printing error on one where the slogan was very wonky across the front. Once contacted, the returns/exchange process was quick and easy. The larger sizes were much better, although the print on one was still slightly on the wonk, but not significant enough to return/exchange again.
I would still order from UNIK again :)”

“I made a purchase for a sweater on the 2nd of December as a christmas present for one of my dearest. The parcel never arrived, and I contacted UN:IK. The customer service answered at first. Then stopped responding.
Some weeks later they have had the parcel returned, and asked me to confirm the adress - which I did.
They now wanted me to pay for the shipment again, even though this was not a fault on my end. I disagreed with that but said that I would pay the shipment if nescesary. Two weeks went by, and they ignored some 6-7 of my emails where I tried to reach out to then and find a solution.
I now wrote every possible email adress I could find for them, and finally got a response. (Bare in mind that it was now too late and christmas had passed)
They wrote that they had recieved the parcel and would resend it. This time free of charge shipmentwise.
They resent it. I waited a month and still hadn’t got it, became worries and wrote them once again. They ignored me for 2 mails. I then made the same manouvre - writing every possible mail for them.
They now responded and said that they, once again, have had the parcel returned.
I now asked for a refund - as it had been 2,5 months since the order was placed.
They ignored me… same manouvre.. writing all mails and now getting a response and my money returned. Without shipping costs though. So I have spend alot og energy getting ignored, time writing mail and tryibg to get in contact - and I’m still down on money due to shipping. This was never worth the effort or wait. Cool clothes. But nothing is worth that amount of frustration and energy.
