“Well firstly they stock D'usse vsop,which if one of my favourites.Shame they don't stock Hermitage 10 yr old. The website is easy,and haven't had to use customer service ,but sure there spot on.I use Master of Malt as well.With VIP,The delivery options are tricky as not option for delivery firm to leave in safe space.Master of Malt have that option,which makes a life a whole lot easier when you work during day. But it does not stop me using VIP.”

“Purchased as a gift - good outer packaging for delivery and arrived timely. Lovely gift with duo box packaging attractive. Only thing I would say is that the box holding the 2x bottles cost nearly the price of another single bottle - and that is without the cost of the p&p.”

“Very swift service which was a cut above other providers. Only slight issue was on package damaged in transit by ParcelForce which had to be replaced (again swiftly). I feel the packaging could’ve been better to prevent the breakage.”

“VIP Bottles has a wide selection of spirits available although they do struggle to keep certain brandys in stock! It is also quite expensive. Some of the bottles you find on there are available on amazon at a cheaper price. They once made a mistake on my order and compensated me with a £15 voucher, however I was only allowed to use the voucher on a spirit of their choosing which rendered the voucher useless to me as I could not use it on a bottle of my choosing! Great selection though.”
