Well I’m sorry to see So many people have had bad customer service experiences but I can’t say that. I received a broken bottle of skin envy on April 13.I emailed the company and they responded the same day. I just received the replacement bottle today. So I haven’t had any problems with the customer service so far.

Getting orders taken out of my account I didn’t order. Several times and no help to get it straightened out. So disgusting. Why would they do this. I’m very angry and sorry I ever ordered from them.

I had a fairly long order that took forever to get. When I opened the package one of the bottles was leaking all over the other bottles. I emailed the company and sent pictures. They said fill out the return form and send pictures. I did that and they kept sending me the same email 4 times. Four times they said fill out a return form and send pictures. I filled out the form 4 times . I haven’t heard back yet. Very bad customer service.

Your customer service is the worst. You claim the products ship immediately. Three days later no email so I asked to cancel the order. A few hours later it miraculously shipped. I no longer want the product but you don't do refunds only store credit. Lesson learned and I will let everyone know that I can.

As a spiritual being here to spread light in the world, I try to have compassion when experiences are less than positive. However, I MUST speak out and warn people about my absolutely horrible experience with Vitality Extracts. I decided to try the product because of a "buy one, get one" promotion. It was my first time on the site. First mistake, there was a code I needed to enter to get the free bottle. When only one arrived, I was still excited to open it. I was immediately disappointed. I ordered frankincense oil. I have a vial of 30+ year old frankincense with a stronger scent. I am not exaggerating. Immediately initiated a refund. Found out I could only exchange. Due to the poor quality of the frankincense, I did not want to exchange, and because I did not include the BOGO code, they refused to send out the second bottle as advertised, even though they acknowledged after finding my order # that I indeed purchased during that sale. Finally, even though the extract is of poor quality, in my opinion, I asked if as a show of good business they could at least send the second bottle I purchased. They refused. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again and will advise anyone looking for essential oils to steer clear of this company.

What a disgusting company! I cannot get anyone to give me a clear answer by email, cannot get anyone on the phone. I bought an item, sent it back not realizing I can't get a refund on my credit card but have to use it to purchase another item and pay again for S&H. Meanwhile for 3 weeks I still have no refund in my account to use. If I don't receive it I'll be reporting them to the BBB. I'm sorry I ever purchased any products from this disgraceful customer service company. They just want your money.

DO NOT do business with these scam artists. They will make it almost impossible to cancel or return this garbage and then they have your info and sell it to other scams.

I have been over charged on my card and did not get the advertised $8.00 for the big sizes. I have gone around and around , trying to cancel or correct my order of this morning. Beware. It's a scam Beverly Cary

They signed me up for auto ship without my permission. I didn’t want it. Then they shipped my product to my old address so I paid for product that I never received! To make it worse - their customer service is non-existent. You can wait on hold for a lifetime and never get anyone. They don’t return emails either! Steer clear of this company!

Oils have not used a lot yet, but had one bottle leak first contact to company via email was with in my 2 weeks from delivery, heard no response so did 3 more times, got response to go to a web site online I did, last transaction with them was sorry past your 2 week period so we will not replace it’s been almost two months one of my oils leaked so I wanted replacement so bad will have to go farther up the line, I just noticed a lot of people have same problem I will no longer order from this company, hopefully product does not make me sick like others.

I love all the oils I have purchased, they arrive in a short period of time, and smell wonderful. The aches and pains mixture is wonderful on my sore shoulders. Very happy customer.

Horrible customer service… I also question the quality of their oils. Several of them made me sick so I returned for a store credit. Loooong story short it’s been 1 and a half months and all they have done is give me the run around, never again…I am totally disgusted with Vitality! I have discovered REVIVE EOs they are top notch!

Product made me sick, trying to return it, 5 emails and 4 forms and still not done, now 8 emails and 6 forms and still being ran in circles, seriously. Sad I like the others oils but such a pain to return after a bad reaction that makes me know you are not a trustworthy company

An unhappy returning customer. I ordered many Christmas presents on the 14th of October and now January still no presents. I’m sick of ringing your company phone number never an answer. There is no help via email. No help at all . I am so disappointed and am hoping for some contact through this the review section.

I am disappointed with this company. They don’t answer their phone. There e-mail is a standard statement. I don’t think they even read what you write. I am sure when they get this complicate I will get the same b-s.

Twice when ordering I was charged for items I didn't order. They refunded me for the mistaken items only to recharge my account the next day!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people!!

Paid for products which was a lot for a single parent but had to pay another £13 for customs duty . If I had known I would have to pay extra I wouldn't have bothered. Won't be ordering from here again whether the stuff works or not

Absolutely useless company. Ordered on 6th December and I have still haven’t received a thing. E mailed them many times. Very quick to take my money!! DO NOT order from these criminals
