“False advertising not easy to install plus no fittings included advertised as simple and easy to install yet the list of tools required is extensive. To return charged 15% all because of false misleading advertising. Shame on you Waterdrop.”

“The G2 RO system performs as advertised. I had 124 TDS and 5 grains of hardness. (Tested by water treatment provider) The G2 brought the TDS down to 7 TDS and the softness to 1/3-1/2 grains of hardness.”

“So, I replaced your CF filter a few weeks ago and the water flow rate was very slow compared to what it was prior to the changeout. Your support had me follow a few steps but it was still the same. They then told me to replace the larger filter even though it was only one year old. After installing this, the flow was still the same and slow. I waited a week or so and it is stll slow. I made a video and will attach it below. “I paid express shipping fee when I placed order since my home was doing upgrade; but I only received one filter via Fedex and tried to contact customer service many times. Each time I was informed that the machine was delivered but I only received one filter and Waterdrop refused to resend or refund to me For Now, I dont know how to deal with no machine at all but paid Totally Frustrated.”

“It appears to be working as expected. I have not conducted a water sample test to determine if it is really working but I suspect it is. I wish that they would publish what the micron filtration level is for the G2CF filter. I have a whole house filter ahead of it that filters down to 5 microns so I suspect the G2CF is doing very little work, if at all. I might move the schedule to every two years for that filter. I wish that they developed a process to backwash the membrane after a certain amount of water has passed through it.”
