“My new WaterDrop 20 cup filter dispenser works great. I fill it with water from a mountain stream, which is pretty clear but does have more sediment than the tap water at home. After several fillings, the filter shows no sign of clogging - the two streams exiting the bottom of the filter appear to flow just as well as they did when the unit was new. The spigot does not leak.”

“Packaging was substandard. Taped together and smashed on ends. One of the three filters was not even sealed in the bubble wrap. I’m wondering if it was used.? Won’t be able to tell until I install in 6 months. The other two filters looked fine. Not the quality I’ve come to expect from Waterdrop.”
“I've had my waterdrop G2P600 unit operating for about 3 weeks now and am very pleased with it. I wired a 110 volt outlet under the sink while waiting for my unit to arrive. Insallation was easy. I had a tank type ro system before that wasted quite a bit of water to operate before the tank failed. This system is much more efficient and of good quality.”
