It was not as simple to install but anyone can do it, it looks nice, Doesnt leak, and tastes great. I have already recommended it to family and friends! “Very easy to install. I love the stainless still filtration system, but the spout is too high. In my opinion it should be lower to the sink, so the water won't splash everywhere.”
“The flow rate of water is truly sad. I should of bought another system with a tank. It's the only way to go. Unless you absolutely don't have the space under the sink and are forced to buy a tankless once again, I would buy a system with a tank. The water tastes the way it's supposed to. My order that shipped on 6/14 as priority ship HAS NEVER ARRIVED! It is now 6/27/21. The supervisor at Waterdrop said there was nothing she could do! I opened a case at FedEX & have had NO reply!! The reverse osmosis system I ordered & paid for is clearly LOST!
