“The wallet is nice and exactly what my husband has been looking for but the delivery is beyond disappointing! I understand that delivery services is beyond the company’s control but it took the parcel a month to arrive internationally. The standard international delivery advertised in the website is 7-14 days. Again, I understand that shipments could get delayed but not for another 14 days or so! The wallet was supposed to be a gift for my husband’s birthday which was on January 29 and the wallet arrived on February 9! Attached is a photo of when I received the parcel. Please update the international shipping estimate in your website for the international shoppers. I would’ve paid extra for an express delivery had I known that it could possibly get delayed but 2 weeks late is unacceptable. Also it was forwarded by Royal Mail to the local post and not with DHL as written in the receipt which is misleading.”

“Recently ordered the Astor belt, delivery was very prompt however I managed to order the wrong size! Fortunately, the returns process was very easy and communication was good. Very impressed with the quality of the belt, very sturdy and could easily be real leather! Will defintely think of Watson&Wolfe when need any quality faux leather products in the future.”

“Completely outstanding in every way. Got it for my husband who hasn't yet converted to vegetarian accessories and this wallet has convinced him that they are just as high in quality as the best leather products. It is a beautiful wallet on the outside with personalization that is subtle and perfect, and on the inside with the stitching, color lining, and space. Helen's customer service is extremely fast, friendly, and helpful.
