“First order, clothes are great. Customer service? I pressed the wrong size on order, immediately realised my mistake and messaged on all media's to try and resolve. Nil response until told it was too late, items dispatched. No attempt to assist or resolve. I have now posted the incorrect size back at my expense. Still waiting to hear.
I know it's my mistake , but I have spent years in customer service and sales and you had an opportunity to either make things right or assist.
I would have become an overnight brand ambassador.
As a smallish brand, I'd hoped for better. I'm still awaiting acknowledgement of return and redelivery.”

As your message came in after hours on a Friday. We were unable to respond until after the weekend. As explained over email we can exchange the item for you. We also pay for the exchange shipping back out to you.

In an instance like this we do wait for the product to arrive back to us. Before sending a replacement or refund. Which has now been processed.
