“No problem with the linen trousers, nice fit. The black corduroy trousers are nice quality, however the stitching around the zipper was not complete. The zipper was stitched half way down, but the lower half of the zipper wasn’t stitched on, leaving a hole you could put 2 fingers through. I had to take the trousers to a dry cleaner who stitched the lower part of the zipper to the trousers. Disappointed really because otherwise the fit and quality seemed good, but it’s not really acceptable when you are paying in the £50-100 range for a pair of trousers.”
“Great quality and design clothes, but their sizing is all too big. Always order a size down at least. Have ordered 3 items from Bound and they have always been too big compared to what I would normally be and end up baggy (baggy is different to 'oversized' oversized should be fitted but not just a couple of sizes too big), then struggled to get a refund to get the correct size.”
“First order, clothes are great. Customer service? I pressed the wrong size on order, immediately realised my mistake and messaged on all media's to try and resolve. Nil response until told it was too late, items dispatched. No attempt to assist or resolve. I have now posted the incorrect size back at my expense. Still waiting to hear.
I know it's my mistake , but I have spent years in customer service and sales and you had an opportunity to either make things right or assist.
I would have become an overnight brand ambassador.
As a smallish brand, I'd hoped for better. I'm still awaiting acknowledgement of return and redelivery.”
