Only drawbacks were sizing can be inconsistent as ordered two of the same trousers, but there was an inch difference in the legl length.”

“Many positives - Excellent quality clothes. Really nice designs and style.
A few negatives - sizes and fits vary a lot from product to product. I'm a size Small in some tops and a Large in others. No problem if you can order more than one size, but the company refuses to refund sale items so you order at your own risk. Order just one size then try to exchange and their processing takes so long that there's a good chance your size will no longer be available, and again no refund.
Overall - I like the clothes but the returns / refund policy puts me off recommending them.”

Four stars, not five because of the return system. At first I ordered a size too small, so I placed a new order for a larger size thinking that I could just return the other one. However, living outside the UK it’s close to impossible to return an item within just 14 days. In Denmark, my shipping option was to pay 16 GPB for a delivery of 5-7 business days excl. toll time. So there was no guarantee that it would be sent back in time for a refund and I was not interested in store credit. So now I just have two knits hoping to sell the first one myself… Would have really appreciated a longer return period, fx 28 days for countries outside UK.”
“Really happy with the knit half zip, nice fit and quality, long delay in fortunately but this was explained and they kindly through in a tote as an apology, however communications could’ve been better as I waited over 3 weeks for this.
Also, as shown in pic below, my pullover has a strange purple stain on the fabric of the sleeve, not sure how this happened”
