“Having never used this website before or heard of it, I was a little doubtful, even more so when I had placed my order and didn't receive a typical email confirmation. However, there was no need to be concerned. The site states next day delivery, which I had expected but when my products didn't arrive the next day I phoned and within a couple of seconds the phone was answered and their customer service rep went away and phoned their delivery provider. He then phoned me back to confirm they had tried to deliver the previous day but no one had been home - my fault! Delivery arrived a couple of hours later! With no issues as to condition. Furthermore, when I had discovered my centre drain wet room tray was not appropriate, I was able to phone and a new tray sent out with the unsuitable one to be collected at the same time! Excellent customer service! Would have no doubts to order from them again!”

“After having two hip revision operations over the last 18 months and my wife due for hip op soon we decided that our old shower stool had its day and looked for an alternative. The wall fitted drop down stool we opted for cost a bit more than we would have liked, but when it arrived what a cracking piece of shower kit looks beautiful works a treat. As with the bath we put out in favour of a walk in shower should have fitted this seat instead of the wobbly old plastic stool,It's gone now.”

“I have used Wetrooms Online twice now as I have been refurbishing the en suite to turn it into a wet room. The service I have received on each occasion has been great. Next day delivery (free) and always a phone call to say that the goods are on the way and is there anything else I need. Prices are good. I can highly recommend.”

“High quality wet room base complete with fitting kit arrived well packaged and delivered within 24 hours! The website is excellent showing a wide range of sizes and designs which allowed me to choose a base avoiding central heating pipes.”
