“Helpful, honest service and happy to provide advice on the phone to help you through the tricky bits. They helped me with advice on the shower screen pole and when my incompetent tiler destroyed my shower tray, they talked me through my options and supplied a replacement at a discount which I consider to be 'going the extra mile'. I would highly recommend these guys.”

“Very prompt delivery service with back-up phone call confirmation. ***** Product is a bit expensive against competitors. *** Drain fitted in shower tray is off square, this is highlighted when the tiles are fitted. Unfortunately this cannot be rectified after installation unless we rip up the whole floor and a part course of wall tiles, so instead of beautiful, we have ... oh well ! *”

10 May 2017 Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is great to know you are pleased with the service and speed of delivery. With regard to being a bit more expensive compared to our competitors, we certainly make no secret about this. In fact we advertise the fact! We are more expensive because we sell a quality designed tray which is manufactured in the EU. We offer a choice of leading branded tanking kits, and the leading Dallmer fast flow drain. We know that many of our competitor’s offerings are cheap far eastern imports. With stating the above I am concerned to learn of an issue with your wet room tray and wish to look into it further. I have earlier today, emailed you requesting further details and photographs so we can investigate this issue further. We have sold 1000's of these trays and never had such an issue reported before, so I am a bit puzzled by the issue. Yours sincerely, Mat Whiteley Wetrooms Online. Updated 10/05/17 Further to my reply, posted above, I can confirm that the drain fixing is aligned on the tray using laser guides, this means that it is highly unlikely that the drain was 'off square' during manufacture. If the fixing is removed (purposefully or accidentally), and then re-fixed it could result in it not being aligned correctly. However, as you have been unable to reply to me with any further information and photos regarding the 'off square' drain fitting I am limited in what I can do / suggest. With the limited information I have, and the unlikely hood of it being a manufacturing fault, I can only assume that the resulting situation is down to installer fault or error in the tiling, for example if an 'out of true' wall has not been compensated for, resulting in the tiling giving the appearance of an 'off square' drain. “Excellent all round. I ordered a preformed shower base for under a vinyl floor for a wet room Excellent choice of products.. excellent descriptions to make sure you have exactly which one you need, in our case wheelchair proof. Then the excellent price and first class delivery teamed with a phone call to confirm that my tray was on its way today and should I need any advice or help fitting it do not hesitate to call. Would use again without hesitation and recommend to all, such a brilliantly run company. You are a breath of fresh air, thank you kindly.”

“Extremely helpful with advice as to what I would and would not need to create my wetroom. I didn't feel rushed while making decisions and Josh was very patient. I ended up paying much less than I had thought as when I was filling in an online order I had opted for products that weren't necessary for what I had in mind. I read the reviews and decided it would be better to check before placing the order, and I'm glad that I did. The order arrived without problem the next day although it is yet to be unpacked and fitted as the old bathroom is still being stripped out. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“Next day delivery never turned up - TNT couldn't find the address allegedly, No-on rung to ask for assistance or directions, so Wetrooms online were also unaware i hadn't relieved my order on time? I received it on the Monday after ordering it on a Thursday - Not ideal as it put my project back. TNT's fault really but i ordered from Wetrooms online not TNT - Otherwise good price and excellent customer care after the late delivery.”
