“Every time I have dealt with Wineware the goods are dispatched almost straight away and the communication is faultless. The one time I had a fault with a glass, they replaced it promptly without quibbling. Great company with an extensive range of goods.”

“Overall I have to give top marks. The description of the decanter I purchased was full and informative. The web site easy to navigate. The communication was excellent and they use DPD to deliver..DPD I have always found to be reliable, even giving you a chance to alter the delivery date. The only down point was the inclusion of a ?60 naked wines voucher. Which when I went to redeem told me that as I had had one in the deep distant past, must be 5 or more years ago, I wasn't eligible. ??.”

“All our wine glasses and lots of other "best" glass ware come from Wineware. The quality is exceptional and there's a style to suit everyone. Be aware that some glasses don't work well in a dishwasher - we've broken a few so you need to load carefully. Just bought a decanter - its a delight.”
