“Ordered some wiper blades on the 13th of July didn't recieve them emailed company three times with no reply then get an email inviting me to leave a review what a joke just glad I paid with PayPal got my refund now I'm going to order from a more reliable company thank you for the experience”

“Ordered wiper blades for my motorhome and 1st site that actually finds my vehicle, wipers Ordered Wednesday evening and delivered Friday lunchtime by royal mail and free postage. Tried fitting the new parts Ordered and didn't even take 5 minutes to fit Tried them out in heavy rain and worked great no smears just perfect clearing”

“I used the online service of inputting my registration, confirmed the make and model of my car and Wipewave reccommended the correct wipers for my car. They arrived and they do not fit my car. I had a mechanic double check this for me and they are no where near a match. Meanwhile no one has returned any correspondence to me regarding a refund. Return information is no where to be found on their website. Extremely disappointing.”

“The wipers are of a good quality. The problem I had was I put in my registration number on the website and it brought up my make and model and showed what wipers I needed. Unfortunately they didn’t fit my car! I’ve emailed the company to see if I can get a replacement but I’m still waiting for a reply.”

“Normally use Bosch wipers, thought would give Wiperwave a try, so far excellent wipers, very clear screen, no juddering or squealing. Very happy with these, came well packaged and next day”

“Ordered a full set of wipers for my BMW x3 which arrived quickly and well packaged. The front wipers fit no problem but the rear wiper wouldn't attach because the fitment was different to the one that was on there. I have sent two emails with no reply and called several times to let them know there is a problem but the phone is never answered. For this reason I have rated one star and having to pay more now to get a rear wiper.”

“Ordered a wiper blade for my Audi, but it was not compatible. I contacted customer service and they arranged an immediate refund and told me not to worry about returning the supplied wiper blade. It was dealt with very quickly and thye even asked me to send photos of the blade to see where it was wring so they ould correct it and ensure that it doesnt happen again. Very satisfied with the service.”
