Very prompt service and received all items within a few days of each other. Needed to have length of bracelets as they vary and most are short or will be firm worn.

Terrible experience with shipping and receiving my products. I had to follow up 3 x times and took 3 and a half weeks. Will not purchase online again

Disappointed that my $500 gold bangle was sent to someone else and I received a $35 sterling silver pendant trying to talk to staff was impossible they didn’t get that they had put my item in someone else’s order had to go in to store to rectify the problem and was given my item will only do click and collect now

I will never shop online again. The process is so draining. Paid for express post didn’t happen. Send ring back and still don’t have refund this was in December

Well priced, fast delivery, looks as promised. It feels pretty light (hollow, it didnt say this on the product page) and a bit flimsy. I'm happy but will have to be exra careful with them so they dont bend out of shape.

I have not received my online purchase and it has been over 2 weeks. The customer contact number just hangs up and the email service is appalling. Never again

Needed to return item due to type of clasp on anklet was unable to get over foot. Waiting on acceptance of the return as tried to return to a store and was advised it needed to be sent back to head office in South Australia

Sent me a fake bracelet, rusty and dirty, i sent them pictures they said it is because of me wearing it while i only just received it. Wanted to return they ignored my emails no customer support and no acknowledgement of their mistakes. I had to pay for the return of THEIR FAULTY PRODUCT.

Jewellery was nice but disappointed didn’t receive a Zamel’s bag for each of the Zamel’s jewellery pieces I bought, especially since they are meant for gifts. Emailed them about it but no reply’s and no extra gift bags given.

I purchased this at a Boxing Day sale and it was very reasonable and competitive pricing! I love it and have not taken it off since it was delivered. Toggle bracelet can be tricky because there is a risk of it falling off if not properly made. This is not the case with this bracelet. It is very well made and has not fallen off once! I pair it with a gold plated watch and it is very classy and elegant. The dispatch and delivery was free and it arrived in reasonable time during peak holiday period. I look forward to purchasing more from Zamels.

The short of it. Ordered online, went to store to pick up, they didn't have order. Was told I'd be called day later to collect when order in. Had to end up calling myself 2days later (tried about 4 times prior and phone rings out) and was told everything was ready to pick up. Got to store, items missing from order. Replaced with something of similar value. Whole experience was utter trash and so unprofessional, first and last time I'll ever shop at Zamels, customer service is non existent when trying to call. Perhaps no one in store was my sign that no one wants to shop there!

I’d like to rate this higher as the jewellery I received is beautiful but the experience I had with customer service is nothing less than atrocious. They were insanely unhelpful and then just stopped replying. Paid for express and didn’t arrive for over a week.

I bought more Lox earring backs to secure my expensive earrings. I have been using Lox for about a year now and they're fantastic. They lock on well to earring posts and stay secure. I haven't lost any earrings since using Lox. Zamels were priced well and delivery was quick.

Four items purchased and put in untied suede zamels bag wrapped in tissue paper sealed with zamels sticker. 1. Earrings presented in plastic ziplock bag - ok. 2. 3 chain bracelet presented in another zip lock bag, tangled - Um yeah. 3. Fine gold chain found in tissue paper - was originally expensive guys!! Not even a ziplock bag. 4. Another expensive bracelet found in tissue paper with not even a ziplock bag. Presentation and care 0.
