“Ordered a shed with 2 to 3 day delivery they had the the shipment on Monday didn't even try to deliver till Wednesday driver claimed he was running late so went back to the depot on Thursday ETA 5 to 7 I watched him go to Stourbridge on the app and not move again .”
“Wickes products can't fault them, very good. However the delivery service they use XDP is the worst delivery service I have had used. They tried to deliver it the first day, so I took two hours off work, not delivered. Second day another two hours off work not delivered. So this time I contacted Wickes for a full refund, and now I have to wait fourteen days for terrible delivery service to send the item back to wickes warehouse and then I get my refund. Fourteen days later and still no refund, this is a joke by this delivery company. So I phone up wickes on customer service and spoke to their customer service person and this has now been sorted it out. Money back in my bank account the same day, however XDP still charged me for a delivery for which they could not manage. I really hope Wickes find another delivery service, because XDP are a joke.”
“All seemed okay, they sent a delivery slot and even arrived to deliver it. They asked me what was being delivered and they said they couldn’t find it in the van. He came and knocked again and said he doesn’t think it is on there but also thinks it is (Which makes no sense.) He said he would move on to deliver to a house down the road from me and then come back to me to deliver mine. I have been waiting since 11am and it is 5pm as of the time I am writing this. There has been no communication, I cancelled plans to stay in and couldn’t do anything as I didn’t know when they would be back. There is no way of contacting them, no phone number given. Truly frustrating and disappointed with this.”
