“Email received with estimated collection time of 1216-1416. This was to collect 90kg, 3 boxes of furniture. Further email received 1330 to say next for collection and to sign electronically and have QR code ready.
Come 5pm still no sign. Emailed tracking to be told, sorry marked for nothing to collect and need to rebook through supplier.
These damaged goods have already sat in my hall for 2 weeks as bulky uplifts can only be arranged for Fridays.
Not to mention that I do not get refunded until my goods have been returned to the supplier. Not happy at all”
“No stars is too many. My item is days late, you can't speak to anyone there only via live chat and when you ask where your parcel is on the chat they end the chat. Two days later i get a response saying it's at the wrong depot and then I get told it will be with me today. When I track my parcel the driver has took a picture of some rundown house saying I refused delivery ??? unbelievable poor service and company”

“Item was sofas, was supposed to be two man delivered one man on the wrong day and time. This is Fraser order, delivered by XPD passed on by sports direct. Driveway damaged and car damaged whilst delivery driver was scraping item along the floor and then pushing it down side of the car.
Look at their reply which states service level is one man delivery, however their website states any items weighing over 50kg is a two man delivery. How do you expect a single individual to lift a box 133cm length, 77cm height, 66cm width and over 60 kg in weight.
Supplier has already stated damages to property are the couriers responsibility and you should be doing you up most to rectify this situation as it is the fault of XPD delivery employee and planner.
If you look at XPD reviews online they are extremely poor from thousands of individuals isn't it about time you improved or are XPD going to carry on causing havoc. It a shame I can't download the cctv footage on here which shows your delivery driver bouncing the first box down a tight gap between my car and fence and then proceeds to drag the second off and then pushing it along the same tight gap. Neither parcel due to size and weight are SAFELY carried one man.
This is the standard of service XPD provide and this can be reviewed on many websites by a LOT of individuals who have left many poor reviews of XPD.”

I'm disabled and live on the first floor (with lift) he demanded i came down for my parcel which was a large box. I asked him if he would help to take it up to my apartment.. he replied "not my problem" I was really upset to say the least.

“A door ordered from Wicks, carrier XPD delivery arranged for today 04/12/2024 delivery times given 13:30 to 15:30. At 16:00 I received a email saying sorry we missed you. This was a Lie nobody had been to th house the last location of the delivery driver was Nantwich which is 48 minutes away from my address the driver must have gone back without finishing his deliveries.
