I have to take paid leave to make sure i am home during the delivery slot time, the company i bought the goods from(Wayfair) are well aware of the awful service via this company i have received so Iwont use them again, at the moment i am out of pocket by£200 as wayfair will not refund me until they have located the goods.

Delivery did not turn up(sofa)
Tracker said delivered! Sent proof of cctv showing van driving past the house
They have refused to supply supposed photos! Of Delivery and signature directing us to supplier
Due to response can only assume its been stolen not delivered
I will in future check this company is not used when buying items
”
