“Ordered some new DRL lights for my Audi, paid £12.99 for next day before 1pm delivery as had to get my car back in before 10 days to get the MOT retake, Item didn't arrive when it said it would, ordered on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery, Item didnt turn up till the Saturday, contacted and asked for a refund, was told it was the post office's issue and not theirs. their customer communication is terrible only via email will they respond. have now taken it up with Paypal to claim money back. Be aware they are happy to take your money but they have no customer service skills whatsoever.”

“Two bulbs ordered in the evening. They emailed me to check my car details by 06.30 the next morning. Questions answered and bulbs despatched that day, arrived the following day. Fitted and working. These bulbs were £125 for two. The EXACT SAME bulbs are £202 each from BMW.”

“Amazing service, ordered 2.30pm and arrived the next day before midday. They even ask for photos of the fault message to make sure you have ordered the right part. Can't fault them at all, and would definitely recommend them.”

“Found the part i needed on Xenons 4U and was completely shocked that they sold original OEM parts off the shelf. The Part I wanted has been on back order from Mercedes for three months and has meant I had my car taken off the road and was unusable. Fitted the part today and currently the Code read says its all fixed! Over the moon with the speedy service and delivery the next day on this hard to obtain part! Thanks and well done for a great business - Phil in Rutland”
