“I have never used this kind of service before and was impressed with how quickly I received the item. I was kept informed through the process. The only issues I had were that I had to organise the pick up rather than the courier getting in contact with the seller themselves and that because it is only a 1 man courier this can be awkward for heavier items. I would definitely use this service again though as the price was a lot better than other companies ( May be because they use 2 men instead of 1 ? ) .”

“Don't use ! Advised my seller collecting within 3 hours of 11am, turned up at 6pm ! Seller not happy. Emailed me to advise delivery could not respond as site just kept crashing, try calling and just get answer phone, so totally in the dark, never used this type of collection before but never again, eventually arrived, signed for then unpaked and one of the chairs had been broken ! Horay............”

“Dreadful service. Absolutely awful communications. Emails / phone calls to this company from my client who I was delivering the item to and myself went unanswered, it is impossible to communicate through shiply so we were basically kept in the dark for over two weeks. The only time I got a response was when I threatened to take them to court, within an hour I had a emailed response and my client got his machine the next week but after nearly a 3 week delay he was not at all happy. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with this company at all.”

“First time arranging a courier collection and delivery, eBay item. Collection occurred later than advised but on the same day, got a call to arrange delivery and came the same day - from Wolverhampton to West Yorkshire. Was last drop, was late evening and driver was courteous and helpful (sofa, didn't want to get though the door!). Overall rather impressed, was also the cheapest quote by a hell of a long way.”

“Dreadful service. I've had 2 cancelled collections over a 2 week period, waited in for the collection for 4 hours a time only to be notified the following day that the collections did not happen due to some mysterious reason which nobody can elaborate on. This company have since emailed me to say they have cancelled my order and are not able to collect. I've gone back to Shiply to let them know about the poor attitude and service provided by these amateurs and would strongly advise you do not use them as they are not reliable in the slightest. In summary; awful service coupled with very poor communication, deal with them at your peril.”

“We detailed our availability and these details were totally ignored. The email we received giving the delivery date was unclear and I had to make contact to verify it. I was disappointed to learn it was a one man delivery system so it was necessary for my husband to take time off work to assist. In order to incorporate both this and the date/time of delivery, we asked that the driver text my husband thirty minutes beforehand and not me as where I work in the afternoons, it is extremely difficult to get a signal - these instructions were given both by phone and in a follow up email. This again was ignored and I was texted - it was sheer luck that I eventually got the text message and rang my husband who dropped everything at work and made it home literally just as the driver was knocking our front door. Very disappointed and would not use this service again.”

Dear Mrs Firmin, I am very sorry for your bad experience. We do operate one man service and I am sorry you weren't informed in time. We will also definitely update our delivery confirmation email, as this seems created the confusion. I want you to know that we are currently working on a collection & delivery information system, so if you consider using our services in future, you will be able to input your delivery details right from our website. Again I am sorry for this and I hope you will be willing to try our services again in future.

“I ordered a very delicate item which I needed packaged as well and they done that for me as well as deliver the items undamaged and quickly. Would use again and highly recommend. Thank you”

“Excellent service and a great price.Delivered an adjustamatic electric bed fom Somerset to Warrington for £80.00. Had quotes for as much as £250.00 from other companies.The staff were exceptionally helpful, as I had been let down by another company. Would highly recommend and I would use them again.”
