My brother's last order was just as late, then he was told it was being dispatched that day, then the following day was told items were out of stock and was refunded. Was told they'd include a free gift as an apology. No free gift arrived when the parcel eventually did turn up.
I've ordered plenty from them in the past, but they've slowly got worse and worse. Will never order from them again.

“I ordered two hoodies and some joggers, took me chasing twice to get a dispatch date. then took another three days to get the tracking details. once tracked i could see the goods did not reach the courier for two more days. finally got the goods and they feel decent but the hoods are wonky and twisted which either looks odd or feels uncomfortable. wont be ordering again pay the extra to get better.”

where to begin?
Late in dispatching item ordered, only after pestering via FB messenger told twice that it was going to be dispatched ASAP.
Eventually received confirmation from Hermes telling me they were waiting for it. imagine my non surprise when Hermes emailed today saying the item will be delivered (but to a completely wrong address a local-ish chippy).
again messaged the company via messenger telling them.. but as usual a 24 hour turnaround to reply to their messages.
person at the chippy signed for the package, so I had to go down, show my email saying it had been delivered along with ID and I was able to convince them to give me the package.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
You can see why they remove the ability to comment on their Instagram posts because it would just be people complaining about not receiving orders.
I'm inundated with emails from them with sales, we see the posts from their sponsored athletes pushing their discount codes..
Maybe if they focused on sorting out the paying customers orders first rather than pushing more promos and pushing their athletes they'd do better.
If you're reading this, get yourself a better customer service and a better set of ethics and you might just stay in business”
