“Thus far my relationship with YO has been quite satisfactory. The customer service rep was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product I was interested in purchasing. I had to return the product due to it meeting my needs (also discussed with the CS rep) and the return shipping was handled with dispatch. I am hopeful that my purchase price will be returned promptly.”

“Yard Outlet was great to work with. We had a little problem with the order and it was resolved quickly and arrived in time for my graduation party as promised. Would definitely order from them again. The product was very well made.”

“Very happy with the ordering process and courtesy of Staff. HOWEVER, I still have NOT received the item as it was shipped by Fedex who are a PITA at the best of times. Delivery problem compounded by YO mislabeling address by 1 letter - which Fedex should have handled as they drove past my house - but instead started a chain of events that meant I have had to spend 2+ hours on phone chasing this item down. When I reached out to YO for help, they responded but essentially said it was out of their hands. That may be true, but as a Customer I consider the actual receipt of the item part of MY contract with the supplier so it is up to YO to choose who they use - as when the contractor messes up it reflects badly on YO Sure they may be some fine print which says once YO hands it off to Fedex they are covered but that is not how I see it and will bear this in mind for future orders. I personally will go elsewhere if the only delivery option is Fedex in future”

As such, we cannot provide a single location to send returns to as we also need to acquire an RGA number in most cases as well. We always are willing to help you in the return process. “Came across Yard Outlet via Google Shopping, decided to buy some Rain Bird drip line because it was the cheapest available, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the order process and purchase experience from beginning to end! “I had been searching for a 16 station sprinkler system timer to replace my defunct 12 year old Rain Bird. Yard Outlet had it and at over 40% off list price. And no sales tax with free shipping. The timer and extra modules came by regular shipping in 5 business days and it was installed the next day. I saved over $175 versus a local supplier in San Antonio and I didn't have to drive 30 miles each way to pick it up!!”
