The most disgusting service I have ever dealt with. Not only did they lie about attempting to deliver a parcel THREE times (I am disabled and can't leave my house) they then have the darn cheek to advise me that I have 'chosen' to collect the parcel from their depot FIVE miles away. On crutches - really? No failed delivery slip, nothing on my RING Camera, nobody has even seen them. How these people are still in business is beyond me. They simply couldn't care less. More effort to return the parcel I believe, unless they bin them? So an unhappy supplier too. You couldn't make it up!

Absolutely shocking company. Couldn't find address. I had to cancel my order and re-order as the parcel was lost in the system. The new order was then flagged as an issue with address before it was even loaded onto the van. 2 weeks later and numerous calls I still have issues in receiving the parcel. An absolute JOKE OF A COMPANY

Mm it depends on what person I get its due 31stdec after failed drop no cards etc next it was delivered 19th to customer not stories I then get told its been returned to seller Not yet still on tracking number as delivered lies can't provide any photo evidence as nothing came maybe ask drivers who have been to my door even putting it my hands laughable il wait for my mo ey back failure to do their jobs!!

Waited in all day told at 8.41 delivered but where did it one to me now trying to find out where they delivered it no one around to help at yodal never use them again

Tracking system is naff if you are trying to plan your day around the parcel delivery. Never got last 2 parcels because yodel returned to supplier, despite still showing out for delivery and in transit? Stop being tight and time to reinvest in more real-time technology Yodel as you are being left behind by your competitors, if you care?

Terrible service they.said they delivered a have parcel .and I haven't received it . rung them and was passed from pillar to post.all I get is the driver said he delivered it .and the they have GPS location saying it my house .there saying they left it by a wall at the side of my house.but my house is a terraced .so I have to wait for Asda to investigate the matter . meanwhile I've lost money buying a product I didn't receive..yodel are utter dog bab .

From my experience the worst of all delivery and courier firms. They can never find my address. And also instead of at least sending a message on my mobile, will just marked it as undelivered. It is unacceptable and frustrating.

This has to be the most unreliable courier service out there. I have been tracking my parcel delivery all day on their website. Seated two metres from my front door which has a doorbell, I tracked the delivery right up to where it told me there were 0 people ahead of me at around 4pm , only to watch it make countless other deliveries up until 8pm, circling around and around my address, all in the local neighbourhood, at which point I received an email to say they had attempted a delivery and had left a missed delivery note. I have had no note, no knock, no doorbell ring and I have just wasted a whole day waiting for this delivery. It appears this company expects me to wait all day tomorrow too. If I could score zero I would. This is also not the first time.

This carrier company Yodel has me pulling my hair out, first their data shows my delivery went through their hubs with specific times and dates up to when they said it was delivered to me but it never was and no card was left, then after about three attempts to get more information as to why it wasn't delivered they then tell me the data was in error and the parcel must be still at the local depot to me but they cannot find it then after more chats to them they say they have found it and it would be delivered the next day, guess what it wasn't then after more calls to their chat line a woman telephones me and says i understand you are having problems getting your parcel i will call the depot nothing happened, then i call them again and the advisor tells me for sure the parcel will be delivered the very next day, no it wasn't finally i called to get this answer that the parcel is at the local hub to be collected it has been there for seven days, i say i cannot collect it as i am disabled and i paid for the delivery i then get the reply well if it isn't collected it will be sent back to the seller, this company needs to be kept at arms length give me Hermes any day

Constantly say they tried to deliver and say they left a card. Never leave a card and DO NOT ATTEMPT RE-DELIVERY. I have lost several parcels . Despite leaving instructions to leave in my safe place . Which they never do!

Every time I’ve expected a delivery I get the same service. Sorry we missed you, we have left a calling card. I work from home, I sit at my desk all day and can see the front door from where I sit. Do these people think we are idiots!! I’d rather they said due to problems at their end they are unable to deliver rather than blatantly lie!! Terrible service , will no longer order from any company who uses them. Can’t believe companies still use them they most be damaging their business

Yodel claim to have posted a parcel containing 48 tins of cat food through my letterbox - ridiculous!!! this company is very damaging to online trade and companies need to STOP using them now - it's as if they're run by bunch idiots with no business experience whatsoever - I think people should consider bringing this to the attention of Trading Standards with their local authority - I intend to do so myself as this bad business practice MUST be stopped - 2nd time in 3 weeks I've been a victim of this awful company

Probably the worst “delivery” company I’ve ever had the misfortune to have stuff delivered. I day “Delivery” company that’s assuming there drivers actually deliver it. Spend all day waiting for a delivery, mind you I can see the front of my ground floor flat from every room. I track the driver see he attempts to go to my road then I immediately get a notification that the driver attempted delivery and has left a note. Laughable I saw that they didn’t even come to my flat, let alone didn’t leave a note. Customer service was terrible kept saying it’s out for delivery and there classic phrase it will be with you at “THE EARLIEST”, they decline to say what this time frame actually is though. Still waiting for a my next day delivery 3 days late. Told the depot was immediately informed to find out it wasn’t raised until 26 hours later. Do not use this company to represent your company or trust them to deliver anything.

I only wish I’d read the reviews. Yodel are THE worst ever. I will never buy anything if Yodel is the courier. I’m shocked that basic instructions cannot be followed - leave with my next door neighbour- so Next Day delivery is impossible even if you’ve paid for it! I expect to hear they’ve gone under in the bear future maybe it arrives tomorrow

Having a nightmare with Yodel claiming they have delivered a parcel on Monday 10/1/22 but they have been now where near my property and my 24 hour cctv system confirms this.Yodel lost the parcel and thought the best solution was to claim to have delivered it and blame the recipient/customer a TRULY AWFUL COMPANY.Only one star as unable to give zero which is what is deserved.

The driver that delivers to cv31 either cannot read or is untrustworthy! Left parcel suspiciously at wrong address, even tho the no, name and house type were on the parcel,reported, after email suggesting lol we had the delivery, Not, Then 24 hrs after, the neighbours, brought it saying it had been left near rubbish, yeah right, bin days are Tues not Sat's, the parcel was clean warm and dry as opposed to being left outside. I will never use Yodel!

YODEL HAVE LOST 5 PARCELS OUT OF 6 I ORDERED ALL WITH THE SAME EXCUSE NEEDED MORE INFORMATION ON YOUR ADDRESS ,THIS IS CLEARLY JUST A SCAM TO AVOID DELIVERING ANYTHING AS THE ADDRESS IS CORRECT ,NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO NUMBER TO RING THEY SHOULD JUST CLOSE THEMSELVES DOWN HOW DOES THE GOVT ALLOW COMPANIES LIKE THIS TO HANDLE OTHER PEOPLES BELONGINGS

why are you so rubbish waited in all day watching the tracker. Only to get a message saying need more info on the address. at 5.27 and on a Saturday cannot contact after 5pm. You have my mobile number why cant the driver just call me bonkers firm will have to sort tomorrow going to stop ordering from atlas clothes as a result as this is the second time.

2nd 3rd and 4th chances given. No real time updates. Saying delivered and when i call im told its a mistake on the system. Then updating delivery to another day stating thank you for changing your delivery date when i didnt. And weeks in still no delivery or answer as to why. Very cancelled 1 my orders after a period of time because i wasn't going to get it. And my next lot of orders seem to be the same a few weeks and still nothing or real time updates. Which is a pity because now i am reluctant to order from companies that use yodel.
